Ask HN: Examples of use case scenario docs?

Hi, Wondering if the community has some examples of use case scenario docs - pre-wire framing. To be used for a simple web app and understood by dev and designer cofounders. Some links I found online: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Use_case http://alistair.cockburn.us/Basic+use+case+template http://usability.gov/ Any others? Thanks in advance!
