I don't normally complain about downvotes, mainly because I don't care, but in this case I'm simply disgusted that people are so ignorant and lazy that they'd downvote a statement of fact regarding fuel poverty. Try checking the accuracy of statements before downvoting, and get out of your pampered, spoilt little lives once in a while and see how normal people actually live. EDIT: Note, I'm not talking about valuearb here. They had the good sense to ask about it.
