Ask HN: What's your Covid19 layoff story? any predictions?

I wanted to see how others in tech are affected by this. I am assuming if your company is in tech not much has changed,is it accurate? How about those of you who are employed outside of the technology sector in technical roles? How badly has your or your colleagues employment been affected? I also wanted to hear about any job market related speculations for technical roles during and after this crisis so I can best advise colleagues. I am being optimistic in hoping I won't need that advise. Cheers.
