- perl4ever 7y agoIn the late 90s, I was going to college in northern Arizona, and had summer tires on my car when there was a rare snowfall. A coyote decided to cross the road in front of me, I wouldn't say "dart", but more expecting me to slow for it. When I demonstrated I had no traction by touching my brakes, it reacted to the sound of my tires sliding by promptly stepping out of the way.
