- zaphod12 7y agoI don't understand why these lists make it so hard to find the USA. Every country is written out including the United Kingdom - but the USA is "US." Sometimes we're first because of ethnocentrism, sometimes last, but PLEASE BE CONSISTENT! Also, thanks for this link - rant aside, it's the best dataset I've seen.
