  But your reasoning is incorrect - in fact, site owners can block Tor in Cloudflare with a single, easy to configure firewall rule. > Tor doesn’t have a static number of exit nodes and due to the variable nature of the network it’s difficult to block.

      It's treated like a country, with country code "T1".
