Why do people use zoom at all? I know big companies that use it. A little disconcerting that even large companies don’t ask the right questions or do the due diligence and when paying for it.
- callalex 7y agoBig wigs tend to make software purchasing decisions based on marketing, features, price, and nothing else. In that order.
- jdm2212 7y agoIt actually works, which sadly makes it way above average. I've had to switch off between WebEx, Zoom and Hangouts for the last month and Zoom is head and shoulders above the other two in terms of usability and call quality. And there's whatever Cisco's previous craptastic offering was (jabber?) which is far, far worse than any of those three.
