- lonelappde 7y ago"could have" with the benefit of hindsight and ignoring communication latency. The fact is authorities don't treat every local outbreak of illness as a contagious pandemic when it's almost always food poisoning.

- ABeeSea 7y agoFood poisoning that results in more that one case almost always gets taken very very seriously. At least in the US.
