While I do take a lot of interest in law, I am by no means a lawyer. Personally, I would feel good about: "Neither Screen nor these third parties store or record media data as part of the Service, nor process it other than necessary to provide the Service to you." I'm sure corporate will have opinions on this when I propose it, and I'll be sure to pass those on. As an additional point of feedback, it would be wonderful if you listed payment options somewhere. Although maybe it's an artefact of your early launch or by design that you don't. EDIT: changed "our Service" to "the Service" above for consistency
