In NYC more than half of the population doesn't own a car.
- jopsen 7y agoI guess taking an Uber isn't the best idea. Maybe the driver would give you a bad rating if they have to drop you off a drive through test facility. In practice, you can walk through too -- or have a friend swap you at home (at-least that's being contemplated some places).
