Uh...
In the US only small children do this because they haven't learned any technique yet. The adults who actually pay for the toilet paper and who don't enjoy unclogging their toilets use far less.
- adityapurwa 7y agoExactly - That's why I wondered how because I really want to know how in case I traveled to a place that only uses toilet paper again :) But in my place, you are not allowed to throw anything into the toilet and use a bin instead.
