I don't believe that was OPs point. OP wasn't suggesting that immigrants are the problem, they are simply saying that you have to do something with 10M people that CAN'T participate in the system as designed. How do you solve for this variable? If anything, this is a PRO immigrant stance. We need to take care of these people as well and can't think of them as _outside of the system_.
