I’ve never had a cancelled delivery in all the years of using Prime and Prime Now, but this week had a Prime Now delivery cancelled. It was clear from the map that the driver was closer to the depot than our house, so decided that they ‘weren’t able to deliver’ without trying so they could get back sooner.
