Aren't the lungs re-inflated because of the positive pressure differential? If your whole body is inside, there is no pressure diferential to inflate your lung

Aren't the lungs re-inflated because of the positive pressure differential? If your whole body is inside, there is no pressure diferential to inflate your lungs. Am I missing something?
