- Ros2 7y agoOne super minor thing you may want to change that may help clarify things for both companies and employees (mostly companies) : > Jobs are tailored to your location and skills I live near a metro area and have been asked dozens of times if I'd be cool 'coming in 1-2 days a week' even though the job listing says 'remote'. I think, for a 100% remote job board, you may consider revising it to something less specific, but specific enough for taxes/residency/cost of living purposes. > Jobs are tailored to your country and skills If nothing else it's a pain point for job sites that I rarely see talked about so hopefully you find my reply somewhat useful
