  Yes, it's completely different. That one is a blood test that only detects infections that are pretty far along.

      Yes, with an outer bound of however long antibodies against the disease persist. That's the big value in that test.

  This is PCR test. Antibody test generally has lower sensitivity i.e. higher false negative rate because PCR amplifies target molecules.
