- mattkrause 7y agoThey mean "Sorry that your circumstances and symptoms are such that you're worried that you may have COVID-19"

- mattkrause 7y agoI couldn't find a pithy version that was much better. You may want to drop that part altogether--it comes off as a bit of a platitude since you wouldn't be on the site otherwise.
