I can only wish "imagine yourself in the shoes of the protester before making a decision" would be added to the training.
- reidjs 7y agoThere was a part that mentioned how one of the soldiers identifies with the child protestors, and how a high ranking officer mentioned if he were a Palestinian he’d be a terrorist. I don’t think it matters, they are basically just doing their job (or playing the game) they’ve been trained for. They still have to ask for authorization from the chain of command, so it doesn’t really matter what they think. Pretty heavy article
