They've dropped exclusivity for all of their titles, meaning every game Microsoft produces will be also released for PC. And for many of those, if you buy the game, you get it for both the Xbox and PC. It remains to be seen if the trend continues to grow outside Microsoft though, and it seems unlikely that it would occur between Xbox and Playstation.
