The statistical models I am running all consistently show that the exponential factor for the spread of the virus is 3 times higher outside of China than it ever was inside of China. Wuhan isn’t the worst case scenario. It is the lower more flat curve we would desperately like to put ourselves on. The estimate Newsom presented is credible.
