There is something I really don't understand - if most people just stay at home and cut all non essential public activities to the minimum, how 50% of the population could still get infected?
- beders 7y agoBecause they won't stay at home.
- jbkiv 7y agoIt may just be simply too late. Everybody was still partying all over California 6 days ago
- nostromo 7y agoWe only have lagging indicators by about a week or more. It takes people at least a day, and usually a few days to get sick. A little while longer for them to go to the hospital (if they go at all -- most don't because it's usually mild). Then testing, if it happens at all, takes a few days.
