People are not born with the ability of a Djikstra or whomever you idolize. It takes decades of diligent practice to get to that point.
Do not feel down about feeling stupid or inadequate, just keep working in a reasoned manner towards your goal.
You will get there.

- trafficlight 16y agoAlso, don't get discouraged by all the amazing projects you see on the internet. I used to feel that I would never be any good because I would spend all day looking at the latest thing on Hacker News and know that I couldn't build those things. But remember that those same people spent years developing their specific set of skills. It didn't just happen overnight.
