Pilots aren't easily replaceable and you need a certain amount of flight attendants minimum for every flight. Clearly a strike would be effective - look what's happening now. They barely can handle 1 month without asking for a bailout. Even more so in an economic recession. Let them liquidate. It's no different than before.
