Good point - although I wonder - can they do that in the timeframe they need the money on (I have no idea on how long it takes to issue stock)?

- joshstrange 7y agoI'm fairly certain they can do it immediately if they want, the reason they don't is it will cause their stock price to fall. Why spend your own money when you can just wait for the government to bail you out?
