I didn't always go to the same hospital and the procedure changed a bit from one place to another. One year they tested my lung capacity, and they told me that I had "the lungs of king kong" (I think I was at about 125% the average/median/expected for someone my age and size). It was the best physical ever, I still cherish that moment.
