I had both, and returned the remarkable as it was rather unremarkable. By itself it wasn't so bad, but next to a Sony I could feel the difference. Everything just felt better on the Sony- not just the hardware or the software, but the whole product. With some minor fixes (ex: moving the icon from the dropdown menu to the empty space on top of the screen) it could move from outstanding to just perfect.
