I made one last trip to the grocery store on Friday. Wiped the handle and bottom of the cart, but I'm just crossing my fingers that the items I bought were safe. Included lots of individual fruits, so not really feasible to sterilize. I'm in Texas, so hopefully it wasn't prevalent enough yet. Not sure what I'll do when I have to make another trip in a couple weeks if we're still in quarantine.
- jennyyang 7y agowash the fruits with a little bit of dish soap, soap is enough to disrupt the virus.

What about these ideas: * Vitamin/mineral pills * fruit juice / pureed fruit/vegetables (for secondary plant substances) * Visiting the grocery store when few customers are there * Apply cream to your hands. I always wash my hands often. They can become dry and tiny wounds occur. If lemon juice hurts your hands then it's bad. Germs can get into the tiny wounds. * Additionally, wear plastic gloves.
