I honestly don't believe people that aren't disabled that don't work or do anything should receive free money in the form of a handout. I.e. you don't get a ref

I honestly don't believe people that aren't disabled that don't work or do anything should receive free money in the form of a handout. I.e. you don't get a refund if you aren't paying taxes. I'm all for reduced taxes though in some regards. So we agree in some areas and not others.
