I made something similar back in 2018. Initially started as a bash script, later on added web version so I can use it from mobile devices. It let you reduce the generated password length so it can satisfy the "security requirements" of some sites... I suspect those sites are storing plain text password in a SQL table column, otherwise why would it limit the length to not excess 12 or 20 words?...
