Every UI toolkit on Windows is/was based on Win32 (except XAML). There are so many places where it leaks it's not even funny anymore. UI consistency isn't Windows strongest point. I'm glad they're trying to fix it.

what UI failure is letting you comment on a wrong thread? Is there a mobile app where nav is more obtuse or something?
