- eru 7y agoWell, that's what they are doing: they are effectively only refunding the now lower price of the cancelled ticket. They are just pretending it's still the old price.
- nixpulvis 7y agoyep, and markets change, sometimes very quickly. if United wasn't money grubbing, they wouldn't be holding people hostage to ancient market conditions.
