you d think that public service announcements would not be put behind a paywall

- buboard 7y agoPublic service announcements are meant to be broadcast by the media
- pengaru 7y agoPSAs are meant to be broadcast to all audiences. On a subscription service, the audience is the subscribers. There's no requirement that I'm aware of for subscription services to offer non-subscribers any content of any sort, including PSAs.
