If millions of their citizens' lifes are at risk, Germany will take its chances with that.
- mrits 7y agoStarting a trade war against your #1 trade partner is not on your list to handle the upcoming EU recession.
- foepys 7y agoNeither is losing your population and losing votes to far-right political parties just because you didn't want to upset America. Other EU countries would also side with Germany on that, I suppose. Doesn't matter anyways since it was reported a few minutes ago, that the vaccine patent is not for sale to the US once available.
