Why does my company give a raise every year: If they don't, I'll leave.
Why does my company employ me in the first place: If they didn't, they would make less money.

- lotsofpulp 7y ago> Why does my company give a raise every year: If they don't, I'll leave. AND someone decided it probably costs less than hiring a replacement for you.
