There will be production shortages/delays. This would mean Americans would get vaccines first.
- klipt 7y agoWe have production capacity to make flu vaccines for everyone, I don't think capacity is an issue, the issue is more a proven safe vaccine doesn't exist yet.

- jszymborski 7y agoI mean, potato/tomato. America First is very much framing every and all issue as zero-sum and the Trump admin as the state (in true fascist tradition). In that way, kleptocracy is "america first".
- emiliobumachar 7y agoCrazy thought: maybe we all should start mass-production of the top 10 most promising Covid19 vaccine, before any are proved safe and effective.
