Look at the way it is done in South Korea where mobile testing facilities are used for an idea on how to handle this. There should be no need for an appointment, the test should be "drive-through" or "walk-through". > 6% of the population has a private health insurance. Given that a large part of the role of the primary care provider is to refer people to specialist care this reduction in waiting times is very relevant.
