People have been loading up shopping trolleys with literally hundreds of rolls of toilet paper. Easily enough to last a year. If that's not panic buying, I don't know what is!
- Fnoord 7y agoYes, some people are "prepping" or "panic buying". There's various degrees. The complaint is that some people do it over the top which affects us all. Though how exactly over the top is defined isn't clear.
