I worked on an EMR app for a while and DrChrono feels very childish. HIPAA compliance seems like a back seat at this point instead of first priority. Maybe a dr would pay $99, but the first HIPAA lawsuit they are going to spend $99,000+ defending all due to software. I also have to admit that DrChrono reminds me of Dr Mario Nintendo game..
