I don't know, the longer I wear my Swiss watch the more I want to keep it on - but I did choose it to match both my skin tone and my wedding ring. Smart watches however, I have a small collection that didn't make it past the three month mark before they ended up in the back of a cupboard (charging them is super annoying and after every experiment I have had with them, I still find just being able to tell the time quickly is the feature I value the most)
