- notJim 7y agoNeither of those were things that affected the vast majority of people in a perceptible way. A quarantine would be totally different.
- gamblor956 7y agoPatriot Act and Afghanistan Invasion probably not, but the Second Iraq War was definitely feasible even without 9/11.
