Is there anyone doing work on analyzing current legislation and providing alternate wording to fix the issue?

- ksk 7y agoSorry, that's just an impermeable wall of text to me. I'd love to know from someone who groks this, the specific wording in the bill that would address the ER costs issue, and where the current legislation fails. Basically I'm looking for the bug fix, not the entire source code.. :)
