Junior health minister. I think she is in charge of a subsection of areas, but she is not THE health minister from what I've read.
- MagnumOpus 7y agoYes, she is one of four ministers underneath the health secretary. Care is not in her portfolio luckily (she is responsible for mental health and patient experience).
