I mean I say this having FELL for the trap! I mean - I worked with the school I dropped out of doing their .edu as a web developer. When I went from being a "student" at the school to being part of the marketing effort it was a night-and-day difference on what the narrative was. All I'm saying is that the marketing, the admissions counselors, the academic advisers, etc. all are devoid from telling you "HEY! We're a business FIRST and an educational institution SECOND." Perhaps projection, but I feel like lots of people learn this the hard way just like I did.
