To be honest I didn't find this a great post. It's only on the sixth paragraph that the post starts to get to the point, and it isn't particularly insightful: organizations write good blog posts when they have simple processes and prioritize it; this is how any effective organization works. Good blogs also employ some minimal styling to make the content easier to read. The author could slap three lines of CSS into their site and it would be a vastly nicer reading experience.
