- ghaff 7y agoWhat I assume is being referred to is the Hawthorne Effect: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawthorne_effect https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawthorne_effect I admit that I was aware of the original interpretation but not the novelty/disruption effect.
