When you post an article, please don't publish the code somewhere an account must be created in order to read it. In this case, I cannot check the full code because it is hosted at https://colab.research.google.com https://colab.research.google.com, a tarball attached to the article or a publicly accessible host like gitlab.com or github.com would have been fine.
