I think the best strategy is to publicly advertise that you charge $75 for a post, but to get content up (and it looks like you have) give it away for free strategically (again, sounds like you're doing this). Also, to make sales, tell potential posters that you'll put in an inordinate amount of advertising for their job to drive overall traffic.
