Why do you feel like overfunding causes a no skin in the game situation?
- cheez 7y agoOn the contrary, there is a lot of skin in the game. They need to maintain and justify their employment without the pressure from a free market. Which means their jobs must be harder, and require more funding through the most tenuous of reasons.
