Throwing "microservices" in there seems like a reach. I'm not familiar with Netlify, other than the static content generator CMS thing, but I don't see how its more beneficial to a microservice design versus any other API backend.

  I don’t understand how these 3 offerings prove your point? I wouldn’t consider AWS Lambda as a microservice partern.

    Why not? microservices can also be serverless
