I’m a host. How do I do this? I’ve never had the ability to hide reviews

  They didn’t hide a existent review. They canceled the stay in a way that made it disappear from our dashboard so that we couldn’t review it.

  Dispute a review. Offer to pay back partial funds to get review removed.

    That's not at all the same as what was claimed in this thread that hosts can prevent a review from appearing in the first place and that hosts have to allow the review before it's published.
